Only ‘Enterprise Administrator’ within the HARICA portal can issue Organisational Validated (OV) certificates. However, they must also regularly validate their organisation’s identity.
Regularly, the 'Enterprise Administrator’ (also the one that can approve TCS certificates) must initiate the revalidation of its organization within its own personal account.
